These are always fun to do. And for today’s quick turnaround digital world, you couldn’t ask for a quicker way to do a caricature that is so easily recognizable.
Vibha Interactive report
Report to accompany a story about a young Indian woman and her family in modern times. Beautifully captured and told by writer Babita Persaud and photographer Stephanie Boyar who chronicled Vibha’s personal journey for the St. Petersburg Times. The report was designed to complement and feature a series of custom-built narrated photo galleries.
Foreclosure Motion graphica
The animated graphic was done as part of a tampabay.com special report on Florida’s foreclosure crisis.
Narrated by Kris Hundley, the illustration were done in Illustrator and photoshop. The animation was built in flash sequences that were exported as .mov clips. The whole thing was then composed in FinalCut pro.
