L.A. or San Fran.? This was a fun little infographic for Hired, Inc. via Visual.ly. It appeared on their blog, and got picked up by DesignTaxi, Good. Is, reddit, Infographicjournal.com and recode.net. As per usual working with Visual.ly, the folks at Hired, Inc. were great to work with. Enjoy:
One of the recent projects I got to work on at the Tampa Bay Times was “Insult to Injury”, an investigative report by Letitia Stein and Alexandra Zayas, with photo and video by John Pendygraft. The report examines some of the cover charges compounded to patient costs by most of Florida’s trauma centers. These fees are not reflective of the actual care given or in some cases needed, but are an added flat fee of sometimes up to $33,000 charged simply for being attended in a trauma center.
This is the shareable infographic that we prepared to highlight some of the salient numbers and to let different social media audiences know about the report. Full report at: www.tampabay.com/trauma
