Designed and configured an interactive page for VisitFlorida.com to feature must-do highlights on a visit of the Kennedy Space Center. The page was built on WP, with a customized page to showcase photo galleries, story vignettes, video clips, and a timeline of the Center;s 60+ year history. Enjoy this virtual visit.
Small project for Florida Trend Magazine to create a couple of illustrations to be animated into a holiday greeting card for their subscribers and social media following. Always enjoy doing fun pieces like this and getting in the spirit. Happy Holidays to all!
One of the recent projects I got to work on at the Tampa Bay Times was “Insult to Injury”, an investigative report by Letitia Stein and Alexandra Zayas, with photo and video by John Pendygraft. The report examines some of the cover charges compounded to patient costs by most of Florida’s trauma centers. These fees are not reflective of the actual care given or in some cases needed, but are an added flat fee of sometimes up to $33,000 charged simply for being attended in a trauma center.
